You can’t be anything you want to be. But you can be more of who you already are.
We’ve heard it before: Go to school, get a degree, then land your dream job. But according to a recent Gallup poll, 85% of people hate their job. Obviously the formula is failing us.
In reality, our culture and education system leaves us more confused than clear. We’re shuffled through a system that doesn’t help us identify our dream job, let alone equip us with the skills, resources, and connections to actually land it.
Consequently, the vast majority of people sell themselves short of their potential, settle for a job they hate, and are left confused, unfulfilled, and lacking direction.
I AM MVMT exists to change this reality; to change your reality.

Unlike in institutionalized education where a “one size fits all” approach is taken, with I AM MVMT your mentorship journey is customized based on your unique purpose, your passion and interests, and your innate potential and ability.
All I AM MVMT mentorship and development programs are centered around a concept called the “12 Spheres of Society.”
Once the sphere where you can make the greatest impact is identified, you will be matched with a coach who has a deep understanding of the respective sphere. This coach will build a unique development track to vet you, equip you, and connect you to opportunities to fast-track your career advancement.
The goal is to ensure you are given the best opportunity to succeed based on the success criteria most important to you.
